HIRING PROCESS

Step One: Application

Click here to fill out an application online. This will be sent to our hiring team to review. Be sure to upload and attach your resume at the bottom of the application. 

Step Three: Pre-Recorded Video Interview

After receiving your application and resume, you will be asked to participate in a pre-recorded, video interview. This interview only takes a few minutes, and allows you the convenience of taking it when you are best available. The interview questions invitation will be sent to you in an email and you will respond via your computer's webcam or phone. 

Step Five: Hire by Committee

Members of our HR team will meet and discuss the candidates qualifications and make a final decision on the best match for your organization. 

Step Seven: Background Check & Drug Screen

All candidates are required to pass a background check and drug screening before employment.

Step Two: Resume Review

Upon submission, your resume (optional) will be reviewed by a member of our hiring team to determine if the basic requirements of the position are met, and your skills and experience fit into the criteria of the position you are applying for. 

Step Four: Face to Face Interview

The next step of the process is the face to face interview. Candidates are brought into the K&W Underground, Inc. office to meet with the HR team. At this time, we will ask further questions about the candidate, and answer any questions they may have about the position being applied for. 

Step Six: Reference Check

All candidates are reviewed by the references provided on the application. 

Step Eight: Job Offer

An official offer by a member of our HR team will be presented based on evaluation and completion of all prior steps.
