OUR COMMITMENT
#CORONAVIRUS
Many of the KC metro telecom providers are working diligently to keep production and their customers as their top priority, including suspending late fees and invoicing for those experiencing financial strain as a result of the #coronavirus.
We understand the importance of the telecom industry during these times when many are forced to work at home or have children doing school work from home as well. In times like these, the job we do in connecting communities and cities is showcased and plays an integral part of keeping our nation running.
Please know we are doing everything in our power to remain committed to our customers, while also making the difficult decisions that may be needed to keep our employees, their families and our community safe.

During this current global health crisis, we would like to reassure you that we are doing everything needed to mitigate risk to you, our customers and our employees.
Our primary message is that we are open for business and have plans in place to ensure minimal disruption to our operations. As an essential business based on the information provided by the U.S Department of Homeland Security, and the U.S. Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, we will continue to keep our communities connected. It is needed now more than ever!
